True Fatty At Heart
I was thinking about the holidays and how i like to eat a lot, and a lot, and some more. But its hard to stop. I have a hard time stopping even if its a regular day sometimes. If I get something to eat and its more then I can handle I will eat it tell my eyes are popping out or my pants get tight. Its one of those many things that I have a hard time with knowing when to stop...or even how to stop. I've tried drinking 3 cups of water before I eat but it didn't help. Does anybody have any ideas? And I've also heard that if you eat desert first that you'll eat less, tell me if that works for any of you.
